Camp David is an immaculate, peaceful and spacious 4 bedroom + office/bedroom, 3 bathroom Family Vacation Retreat that is located in Bolton Landing, NY 2 miles north from midtown of Bolton Landing, near Lake George. Camp David has an open floor plan, is fully furnished, has a wraparound deck, fireplace, playhouse and an over sized sandbox. Maximum number of people staying overnight is 11 and dogs are welcome!

First floor  Foyer with a laundry room
                  Well-stocked kitchen with all the amenities, kitchen island, granite counter tops, dining room table  
                  Great Room with cathedral ceiling, wood stove, 2 sofas  and a window seat for 8+ people; sliding glass doors that lead to a deck
                  Bedroom with a queen size murphy bed, glass sliding doors to the deck and playhouse
                  Office with a computer, cable and wireless internet and a queen size futon
                                                     Wraparound deck has patio furniture, grill and a swing in the front of the house 
                                                     Playhouse with a slide, rock wall, swing set and a fully surrounded sand box 

 
Second floor Master Bedroom with a king size bed, skylights, double closet, walk out deck, private bathroom with a double shower and a bath
                     Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and skylight window
                     Children’s Bedroom has a bunk bed with twin and double size bed, closet and a movable twin size trundle bed
                     Balcony overlooking the Great Room
